LTGS Holdings
LTGS Holding System is a fully integrated corporate governance and shareholder management platform designed in compliance with Rwanda's Law No. 007/2021 of 05/02/2021 governing companies and holding structures.
Each module maps directly to a governance requirement under Rwandan company law, ensuring full compliance with regulatory obligations for holding companies and their subsidiaries.
Central registry of all subsidiary and affiliate companies under the LTGS RWANDA PLC. Tracks TIN numbers, share capital, total shares, guarantee amounts, representative details, office locations, company certificates, and operational status.
Complete register of all shareholders including individual and legal entity shareholders. Tracks share groups (ordinary, preferential, voting rights), number of shares, percentage of ownership, paid/unpaid capital, voting rights, bank details, heir designations, and control means.
Official registry of Board of Directors members across all group companies. Records full biographical data, document type, board role (Chairman, Secretary, Executive/Non-Executive), residential details, and current membership status.
Registry of senior management personnel (CEOs, MDs, GMs, DGs) across holding companies. Tracks identity documents, residential address, working company assignment, designation/destination, and full employment status lifecycle including transfers and leave.
Tracks all financial guarantees issued by or on behalf of group companies. Supports individual and legal entity guarantors, with guarantee amounts, document verification, residential details, and full status lifecycle from pending to completed or blacklisted.
Complete record of all branch offices across Rwanda for each company in the group. Captures geographic details (Province, District, Sector, Cell, Village), branch manager contact, opening date, and operational status including relocated, merged, and archived branches.
Digital vault for all business certificates, licenses, permits, and authorization letters. Covers 15 certificate types from Business Permits and Tax Clearance to Incorporation Certificates and Accreditation documents, with issuer authority tracking and URL-based document storage.
Centralized repository for all corporate reports from Annual and Quarterly financial reports to Board, Audit, Risk Assessment, and CSR reports. Includes 40+ report types with visibility levels (V1/V2/V3) for access control, URL-based storage, and draft-to-published workflow.
Tracks internal and external initiatives, projects, and programmes under the group. Records initiative type (Public/Private), mission statement, sector, parent company TIN, assigned manager, and complete status lifecycle from pending approval through to completion or archival.
